Hello, family and friends! Welcome to the Grant Fam blog, where we’ll post updates about our baby boy’s journey with retinoblastoma.
This rare childhood cancer starts in the retina (the light-sensitive tissue at the back of the eye), but can spread to other areas of the eye, the optic nerve, brain, and bone marrow. It can be eye- or life-threatening. Easton currently has one tumor in his left eye. It is considered a “Group B” tumor on a scale of A-E, E being the most progressed. Click on Easton’s Battle to read more about his diagnosis and treatment.
